This is without a doubt the best hotel in the area. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and the service and care gets better every time. The entire staff is extremely kind, caring, & accommodating. Joey, the assistant sales manager, is the main reason we keep coming back. He is extremely kind, caring, and accommodating with getting us the best room for the best price. The assistant manager Taylor is equally as great. He was always quick to help when any issues arose and fast to accommodate us for the inconveniences we encountered. The front desk staff are super friendly. Shard’e always has a smile on her face and is quick to go above and beyond to help. Shatara and Norma were also very helpful as well when we needed things or had issues with our room. The breakfast staff are great. Gia and Blake are extremely friendly. They both keep the breakfast area extremely clean and make sure the food is fresh and appetizing. Edwin, the chief engineer, is also quick to help if anything in the room is broken or not working. The hotel was also recently renovated so the rooms have all new carpets, tv’s, and furniture/beds. The hallways also have new carpets so it smells like a brand new hotel. Overall, this hotel is a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay at a hotel when they are in the coconut creek area.

I stayed in this hotel for over a week last month, so I had plenty of time to see how this hotel was run, and I can tell you I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I loved everything about it. The hotel itself was very nice, but the best part was the hotel staff. They were so friendly and polite, plus I had a lot of things going on and they were so helpful with everything that I needed. My thanks to Sharde, Jonathan, Natalie, and the very nice lady who helped me figure out the laundry room. Also, the included breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very helpful here also. I have never felt more welcomed than I did at this hotel.

Here’s a balanced 4-star version: We really enjoyed our stay, and the location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but the hotel could use some upgrades and improvements. There was also an unpleasant smell in some areas that should be addressed. With a little more attention and updating, this could be an even better place to stay.

We are in town from GA for AAU basketball tournament and the venue is near by so this property was ideal. Beautiful front lobby area the staff at the counter were amazing! I’ve met Natalie & Robert and at the cafe side young lady name Azial (I probably mess up her spelling name) she was amazing and the other ladies who kept the dinner cleaned, refilled and always have a smile on the faces. This is huge to me and this why I continue to booked at Hampton Inn. The only hiccup today was the only elevator working was down from what I’ve heard from other at the breakfast area was since late last night. The front desk staff was accommodating while waiting on maintenance to arrive. Plus we were given 1 night free for the inconvenience. I appreciate this so much. We have to give thanks to the staff on hand trying to do all they could to make sure folks are getting their moneys worth booking at this property. Amazing and thus will not make me not come back. Folks here are absolutely amazing and friendly staff! Thank you Hampton inn on coconut creek property.

Positive: "" Negative: I believe it said something about free parking and then when they get there, they charge you $10 a night to park when you check in they give you a couple of bottles of water for Free. I don’t drink soda pop I don’t eat cookies. Don’t charge me $10.

This is a great hotel. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was due to the both elevators being inoperable for 2 days and the pricing of refreshments in the lobby. This was extremely tough because I was on the 5th floor and was suffering from a severe knee injury that caused me to use a cain and knee brace. The staff were nice and helpful. There is popcorn available in the lobby for guests, which is a nice treat. However, $4.00 for a bottle of cold water is outrageous! Thank goodness that I am a Hilton Diamond member and get a complimentary water.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek on 5/18-5/19/2026. I selected this hotel based on the good reviews it received. I don’t know how it received such good reviews. Pros: The hotel front staff were friendly. The lobby was well lit as well as the 6th floor hallway. These appeared to be recently renovated. The gym was well equipped & I felt safe using it at 9pm by myself. The pool area was nice. We sat pool side & enjoyed the evening breeze but didn’t go in the pool. The breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn. Nothing spectacular. We stayed in a king room & it was very large. Con: We stayed in room 613 & it was poorly maintained. So poorly that we didn’t even take a shower. The floor was not vacuumed well as there was stuff still on the floor from previous guests. The shower was gross! There was mold on the caulking & the shower head had pink mold on it. There was also someone else’s hair in the shower door track. In addition, it appeared that the floor in the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. My socks were filthy after walking around the room. There was no safe in the room. We didn’t ask for a new room because we were exhausted from the drive down from Daytona Beach & dealing with the death of a family member the night before. Also there was a hand written note from house keeping along with a sign with a QR code to make tipping easy. Are you kidding? Tip on a dirty room!?! I think not! Be aware that there is a $10 per night parking fee. Why!?! This hotel is not located in a major metropolitan area. It is not near the airport. There were plenty of parking spaces. Yes, it’s my fault that I didn’t notice this on the hotel’s website before checking in but I never thought this hotel would charge for parking based on its location. Also, there are EV destination chargers on property but there is a fee to use them, so we drove down the street & used the Tesla super charger that cost less. All in all, we will not select this hotel in future unless the rooms have been renovated & the parking fee is removed.

We've been staying at this Hampton Inn location whenever we visit the area for about 10 years, now. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The few times we've had concerns they have always made it right. They take pride in their cleanliness. I recommend this location regularly to friends and family!
